From your first contact, the Fly4Health team will take care of your request and take care of your file.

She will ask you for all the information necessary to establish your care and will gather all the information necessary to establish your medical situation and organize your stay in collaboration with the coordinating doctor of the Cliniques de l'Europe, Doctor Mirzabekiantz. To do this, a standard form is provided, in which you will be asked for your recent analyzes and your medical file if available.

After studying your file, a complete and personalized offer will be sent to you free of charge. It will include travel and hospitalization costs, but also a detailed offer of medical care from the Europe Clinics.

After acceptance of our offer, we will take care of organizing your trip, including the administrative formalities (visa, insurance declaration, etc.), your transfer and your stay at the Cliniques de l’Europe. If your transfer requires it, we will organize medical support and all necessary transport, medical planes, ambulances, etc.

At the same time, we will prepare your treatment by the doctors from the Cliniques de l’Europe: making appointments, tests and examinations, planning interventions and/or treatments, etc.

YOUR TRIP

Fly4Health specializes in transport and service to people who require medical care in Belgium.

Depending on your state of health and your wishes, you can reach Belgium by regular flight to Brussels National Airport, or by private plane or even by medical flight.

Indeed, if necessary, we have planes specially equipped for transporting patients, equipped with cutting-edge equipment and having medical and nursing staff specialized in intensive care on board. If lighter care is required during your trip, we can also arrange nursing accompaniment on a regular or private flight.

For medical flights we offer four types of services:

YOUR STAY

During your hospitalization, even if it is short, you will be assisted by a member of Fly4Health team who will guide you, assist you by serving as an interpreter, and will be your personal contact on site. During your hospitalization in a VIP room, your hostess and specialized nurses will be entirely at your service, professional and friendly.

Only people in possession of a special badge will be able to access the VIP unit in which you will be hospitalized.

Your safety and peace of mind will be, more than for any other patient, one of our major concerns.

You will also have all the business facilities, WIFI access, printer service, loan of an I-Pad, etc.

AFTER YOUR HOSPITALIZATION

When you leave the hospital, you will receive your analyses, images and medical records and post-hospitalization care prescriptions on CD-Rom, in order to inform your local doctor as quickly as possible.

The medical team who took care of you will also monitor your state of health via our contact. If specific medications are needed, he will assist you and arrange their delivery.
